Nothing at all to do with this post. . .but, I got your comment, and our secret to escrow and the like is to have it be a part of your monthly mortgage--that way it's all rolled into one and non-math people like us don't have to worry about it.
We found the plan on-line and tweaked them some for our use. We will have a design guy draw the final ones.
And we are planning a claw-foot tub for our bathroom. :)
We are very excited even though it is still far away--but it's closer than it was. . .and we will spend the next two years SAVING MONEY. . .
