Snow...what's that? We see snow once a year... and not very much of it. When it does snow the city sort-of shuts down because people here can't seem to drive with any percipitation on the roads.
Yeah, kids here really do walk to school uphill in a blizzard. They never close for snow, unless for some reason the plows can't get through. I don't know what they do at recess. Poor things.
