PUH-LEEZ tell me you have read those girls "The Paper Bag Princess." If not, go.buy.it.now. Do not check it out from the library--you need three copies. . .one for each daugher.

While you're at it. . .also get them each a copy of "All Tutu's Should Be Pink." Another she-girly-girl classic. . .'cause they can wear their tutu's even if they are truck drivers. READ THAT BOOK!!!

And ALSO get on whatever music downloader of your choice is and get "One Girl Revolution" by Super Chic(k). They are a Christian group, and this is one rockin' song--even if it WAS on "Cadet Kelly."

"Some people see the revolution, but most only see the girl. I can lose my hard-earned freedom if my fear defines my world. I declare my independence from the critics with their stones. I can fight my revolution. I can learn to stand alone.
And I'll be anything that I wanna be, I am confidence in insecurity. I am a voice yet waiting to be heard. I'll shoot the shot *bang* that you hear 'round the world."

I love that song. And just about everything else they do. :) I've never heard of the tutu one either. I guess I just never expected to have such girly girls. Now I can't wait to read them.

Are they children's books or novels that you would read together?? Both sound fun, I will have to look into that for Johanna

They look like children's books from the Amazon pictures.

They are both children's books. Paper Bag Princess is by the same author as "I'll Love You Forever" but not so sad. . .and "All Tutu's Should Be Pink" is one of those beginning reader books--but VERY, VERY good.
