Jonah counted the cereal in his bowl. "One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, twelve, eleven, X!"

When Victoria was 18 months, I called my mom (who was still teaching math at the time) and declared her only grand-daughter a mathematical genius because at only a year and a half she was already counting by 2's!!!! She pointed to the dozen or so 2 liter coke bottles in the floor (bowling pins don't you know)and as she touched the top of each one said, "Two, two, two, two, two. . ."
Hurrah for Jonah!!!
How funny! Jonah started out with "2's" as well.
